ERIC DESMAN, MD, CWS
Dr Eric Desman is the Chairman of the Board of Starboard Health Group, Inc., and the Medical Director of the Inova Wound Care Center. He brings to Starboard an expert medical background in both wound healing and hyperbaric medicine, along with an eye for detail regarding the billing and financial aspects of operating a comprehensive wound center. Dr. Desman obtained his undergraduate education at Duke University and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. After completing a five-year general surgery training program, Dr Desman then completed a plastic surgery residency in Albany New York. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Wound Healing Center at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital.
JOHN SIELERT
Mr. Sielert is the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Starboard Health Group, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in operating and building healthcare service companies. Mr. Sielert obtained his undergraduate education at Georgia Southwestern University and his MBA from Georgia Southern University. Mr. Sielert has brought his background and skills to help launch and build Starboard Health Group, Inc., a provider of wound healing systems.
JONATHAN TITUS, M.D.
Dr Titus is Vice President and Medical Director for Starboard Health Group, Inc and one of its principal consultants. He has more than 19 years of experience in hyperbaric medicine and wound care management. His forte lies in medical management and the inner workings of medical groups and medical staffs. He brings special talents to assist Starboard and its clients in the creation of multi-disciplinary clinical wound care teams. Dr. Titus received his AB degree in Biochemistry from Harvard College and his M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. He is a Charter Fellow of The American Academy of Family Practice.
BILL BARTOW, PA-C, CHT, CWS
Mr. Bartow is Vice President Operations for Starboard Health Group, Inc., and Clinical Coordinator of the Inova Wound Care Center at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northern Virginia. He has more than 19 years experience in clinical wound care and the management of wound care centers. Mr. Bartow brings his expertise to help Starboard in the clinical operations and management of wound care centers. Mr. Bartow is a graduate of The George Washington University Physician Assistant program.
